The Gift Card & Voucher Association is the industry organisation representing the key players in what is today a £7 billion gift card and stored value solutions market.

With over 90 members including retailers, issuers and suppliers, we provide a platform and infrastructure for members to collaborate, share ideas and keep up to date with a fast-growing and dynamic industry.

Its main objective is to provide a platform and infrastructure for the industry and to raise the profile and use of gift cards within the UK, positively positioning the sector to consumers, businesses, government and other interested parties.

GCVA Membership Options
Fees from 1 January 2023

Issuer Member - £6,200 + VAT annual

A retailer selling a gift voucher, gift card or an electronic voucher or code which can be exchanged for goods and services to the value presented on the voucher for a specific service as detailed on the voucher. No data submission.

Issuer Member - £3,850 + VAT annual

A retailer selling a gift voucher, gift card or an electronic voucher or code which can be ex- changed for goods and services to the value presented on the voucher for a specific service as detailed on the voucher. Bi-annual Data submission.

Service Member - £3,850 + VAT annual

Service Member of GCVA provides support service to the issuers in the voucher, gift card and stored value market. You may be a security printer, a manufacturer of gift cards, deliver fraud & or a provider of consultation, fraud & security marketing, fulfilment & other services.

Consultant Member - £1,485 + VAT annual

Individuals (i.e., one person) practicing and providing expert advice and consulting support to the industry, see service member for larger consultancy firms.

Premium Members - FROM £6,875 + VAT annual

When two or more brands are represented by one member organisation.

NB: The fee will be based on number of brands/products represented & status, starting from £6,875

* You can become a GCVA member at anytime of the year. The membership fee starts from the month you join and fees are reviewed annually.

Charity Member - £1,485 + VAT annual

Organisations who have charitable status as their core purpose.

Start-up - £1,485 + VAT annual

New to the industry or a startup business. Each application will be assessed on the information provided. Additional information may be required.
