You should be an excellent communicator and able to identify new opportunities and recommend efficiencies. The GCVA (Gift Card & Voucher Association) is a vibrant membership organisation and trade body which represents the £7bn+ gift card, voucher and stored value finance industry, a fast growing and exciting sector. The GCVA has seen considerable growth over the last few years and undertook a complete brand refresh and relaunched as GCVA (previously UKGCVA) in March 2020.

The GCVA are now looking to recruit a fabulous Marketing & Communications Manager on a full time basis to fit right in to its brilliant growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, execution, implementation and delivery of the marketing and communications strategy for the organisation. You will report directly in to the Director General working closely with the Operations Director, team and external PR and design agencies. We have a small office in Hastings, and also work virtually via Zoom meetings and operate an office/home working policy.

Associate Product Manager
Based in Apsley, the Original Content team is responsible for developing and maintaining Blackhawk's own gift card content to drive incremental revenue and bring growth opportunities to the gift card category. The successful applicant will work extremely closely with our Consumer Marketing Team and Operations team to manage our award winning and market leading One4all Gift Card as well as our range of Category Cards.

Due to the increase in the number of products being launched, and the increase in channels being supported, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support a number of vital daily activities across the suite of products. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, and the Operations Executive, the Associate Product Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying product improvements (via data analysis and stakeholder review), sharing product updates and enhancements with internal teams, and supporting new product development. We're looking for an organized and pro-active individual who will bring enthusiasm and a drive to the table. Business Development Manager (France)
Overview:
We have an exciting new role working within our EMEA Retail Content team, to support and develop business across our markets in France, Netherlands, and Belgium. Primarily supporting the delivery of local gift card partnerships with retail brands in each territory for the Gift Card mall programme we provide for one of the world's largest Grocery Retailers.

This role will engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally and the successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business. This role will sit within the Content team and will report directly into the Senior Director for Content EMEA. The role will not have any direct reports but will work closely alongside other BDM's/Account Managers across the EMEA region, and close liaison with the Commerce Team to support our Retail Distribution partners in Europe.
