As the Strategy Manager you will lead the strategy, change and insight team to define the gift card strategy and roadmap to deliver. You are responsible for ensuring our gift card strategy is ambitious, achievable, customer centric and market leading. The strategy manager will have great relationships in the wider business and externally to support the programme to operate at pace and deliver commercial targets. This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial experience to work within a fast-paced, commercial, challenging, and fun environment, leading a team to define and deliver a clear commercial growth strategy.

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our Service Delivery team as we work to continually advance and evolve the Savvy SaaS platforms. You will utilise your technical skills and expertise to play a multi-disciplined key role in the team’s technical activities.

The role is being offered on a full time remote basis although we have a permanent office based in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, where employees have the opportunity to base themselves as required.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Service Delivery team as we work to continually advance and evolve the Savvy SaaS platform and supporting services. The role has two broad components:·      

You will utilise your operational skills and expertise to ensure key customer operational processes perform to and exceed customer expectations.. ·      

You will work with Savvy customers to help them understand and maximise their gift card opportunities using Savvy’s solutions.
